Working under the direction of the Logistics Manager, this role assists with coordinating event logistics, tracking operational needs, supporting departmental communication, and ensuring that event preparations and on-site operations run efficiently.

The Logistics Coordinator serves as a key support resource for the Logistics Manager, helping translate production plans into actionable tasks while maintaining communication with staff, volunteers, and department representatives.
